Lab 6 Molecular Ap Biology

Linsesupp un Werschdel

Ingredients:
(Do not soak), especially lenses
and then potatoes, carrots, onion, celery, garlic, leeks

lentils cook about 20 minutes without salt (unless you like them hard)
potatoes and chop the other ingredients finely and fry
pour in broth
bay leaf, can pepper, thyme may be
lenses to taste and finish cooking about 20-30 minutes
with salt and pepper, who can also give some vinegar
Werschdelsche heat in it (!) -> done
